Fostering Connections Program Launch

Congratulations to EHL Ottawa Mentorship Coordinators Alicia St. Hill and Simon Akinsulie on the launch of Fostering Connections - a new mentorship program developed for EHL members. The program launch took place Wednesday February 25th at the Ottawa Hospital where 20 local EHL members connected with three vice-presidents of the Ottawa Hospital and the associate secretary general of the Canadian Medical Association.

The speed-mentoring approach was a big hit with both mentees and mentors and the informal feedback from participants has been extremely positive. Alicia and Simon will be planning further events to connect EHL members with senior leaders in the Ottawa area this year and will further be preparing and circulating tools to members in the weeks/months to come. Stay tuned.
